Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and operations to ensure the project is progressing as planned.
• Monitor and manage the performance of on-site staff and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to avoid delays.
• Address and resolve on-site issues or conflicts.
• Enforce adherence to all safety regulations.
• Conduct regular safety meetings to promote a culture of safety.
• Document and report deviations from project plans.
• Maintain records of daily site activities.
• Prepare and submit reports on site progress.
• Assist in preparing project documentation.
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as necessary.
• Travel may be required depending on the project site.
