Duties & Responsibilities

Our client is a leading provider of cooling and refrigeration solutions across South Africa specialising in service repair and maintenance for the transport and automotive industries.

You will be responsible for opening and managing job cards coordinating with technicians and supervisors working closely with the parts department monitoring jobs in progress handling invoicing and job costing and processing warranty claims.

You will also provide professional client communication and ensure efficient service administration that supports seamless workshop operations while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Job Experience and Skills Required

Matric qualification (a relevant technical / admin diploma advantageous).

Proven experience as a Service Administrator / Service Advisor within the automotive or dealership industry. Strong knowledge of job card systems invoicing costing and warranty procedures. Ability to liaise confidently with clients technicians and parts departments. Excellent administrative organisational and customer service skills with attention to detail.
