A global manufacturer is seeking a Site Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Lead in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. As our new Site SHE Lead, you will champion a proactive culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility across the Scott Bader PTY site. Working closely with the Group SHE Director and Site Director, you’ll ensure that all activities meet both legislative and company standards through the consistent application, monitoring, and improvement of protective and preventative measures. You’ll play a key role in engaging colleagues at every level, building awareness, ownership, and confidence through effective communication, training, and support. Your leadership will help strengthen stakeholder trust, minimise risks and operational losses, and promote a safe, sustainable, and compliant working environment for everyone.
