Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations, with at least 3 years in leadership.
• 3 years of manufacturing experience with welding, cutting, forming, fabrication, and quality specifications.
• Ability to communicate in English and function within diverse cultural settings.
