Key Responsibilities: Site Leadership & Execution: Manage and coordinate daily site activities including labour materials and subcontractors Read and interpret drawings and execute work according to technical specifications and program Ensure that tasks are carried out safely efficiently and to the highest workmanship standards Allocate work to teams and supervise execution closely Drive daily production and hold team members accountable for output and quality Team Management & Labour Control: Supervise Foremen Artisans and general workers across multiple trades (e.g. concrete earthworks finishing and services) Maintain discipline on-site and ensure adherence to company standards and policies Train and guide junior staff to improve skill levels and productivity Progress & Reporting: EMAIL CV TO;
