Key Responsibilities

• Monitor progress of electrical installations against the project schedule and identify potential delays.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with national and international safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and testing of electrical installations.
• Manage electrical site materials, equipment, and inventory, ensuring adequate supply.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site electrical issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, progress updates, and incident logs.
• Chair and participate in site coordination and safety meetings.
• Ensure adherence to environmental management plans during construction activities.
• Liaise with the client's representatives and other stakeholders on site.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical site supervision, installation, or construction.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems in an industrial or construction context.
• Proven experience in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and construction drawings.
