Job summary

OVK is seeking an experienced Silo Manager to effectively run the silo operations and ensure profitability. The role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on budget control.

Applicants should have Grade 12, at least 4 years grain/silo experience, staff supervision, and a valid driver's license. Afrikaans and English communication is essential. This permanent position is based in the Eastern Cape, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a closing date of 30 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is mandatory.
• Minimum 4 years grain/silo experience as Silo Manager.
• Previous staff supervision/management experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

• Manage Silo to budget and profitability.

• Grade 12;
• 4 years Grain/Silo experience as Silo Manager;
