• Experience in retail styling or visual merchandising preferred.
• Willing and able to travel between multiple store locations.
• Knowledge of interior design principles.

Responsibilities

• Style and maintain showroom settings across furniture, décor and accessories.
• Create complete product settings that support the customer experience and product story.
• Implement styling direction in collaboration with Interior Designers and Retail Design teams.
• Maintain consistent showroom presentation standards with store teams.
• Collaborate with Merchandising on product priorities, floor requirements and stock changes.
• Support store flips, product rotations, launches and promotional changes.
• Monitor and maintain displays to keep settings balanced and well presented.
• Provide practical styling guidance and product presentation support to Sales Teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve product placement and the overall showroom experience.
• Stay informed on product ranges, retail trends and relevant styling direction.
