Working closely with Waitrose to link up Client and Retail priorities to drive best in class Client Success.

What you'll be working on

• Managing a portfolio of small to medium clients, having access to our best in class customer insight tools
• Liaising with clients and retailers to understand business priorities
• Being a tool expert, consulting on how best to use it with CPGs
• Exposure to sales – selling the platform to new prospect suppliers
• Responsible for renewals
