Are you an experienced online professional with a knack for e-commerce and a keen eye for detail? TalentPop App is looking for a talented and highly organized Shopify Store Assistant to join our 100% remote team. We empower fast-growing brands by providing world-class administrative and operational support. What You'll Be Doing

Responsibilities

  • Store Management: Keep Shopify stores running smoothly by ensuring all products, pricing, and descriptions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Product & Inventory: Take charge of product listings, from uploading and optimizing new items to tracking inventory levels and coordinating restocks.
  • Order Operations: Assist with order management, fulfillment tracking, and processing refunds and returns to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Data Analysis: Use your skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to perform data analysis and reporting that drives business decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our customer service and operations teams to resolve inquiries and support marketing campaigns.
Who We're Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of online or remote work experience.
  • 1 year of hands‑on Shopify experience managing product uploads, store admin dashboard, or app integrations.
  • Strong data proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, especially with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Zendesk, ClickUp, Asana, or Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Bonus: Technical experience with Shopify apps, themes, or SEO optimization.
