Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in shopfitting or a related production environment.
• Strong technical understanding of shopfitting, joinery, and woodworking machinery.
• Hands-on, organized, and able to work extended hours or weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and train production staff to meet performance and quality targets.
• Coordinate daily manufacturing activities to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Oversee quality control and ensure products meet client and specification standards.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Complete administrative and performance reports accurately and on time.
