  • Compile and verify production reports using log sheets, MHS, and PLC data.
  • Ensure all work orders are closed by 10:00 am daily.

Introduction

SHOP FLOOR CONTROLLER - PULP, PAPER INDUSTRY WILL BE A GREAT ADVANTAGEMANUFACTURING / ERP EXPERIENCE ESSENTIALBASED KEMPTON PARKR

Responsibilities
  • CTC
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or materials management essential
  • Strong hands-on ERP system experience - preferably MFG-PRO
  • Coordinate production sequencing and manage material flow
  • Track and reconcile work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods
  • Compile and verify production reports using log sheets, MHS, and PLC data
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
  • Machinery maintenance and inspections
  • Update and correlation of data.
  • Ensure all work orders are closed by 10 : 00am daily
  • Collaborate with Quality, Purchasing, Stores, and Production teams
  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace and report any defects
  • Participate in monthly safety meetings and use PPE as required
