Overview

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION : How You Will Make an Impact : Responsible for serving customers and processing sales transactions as well as certain stock-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counter Sales - Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Warehouse stock receiving dispatching picking off stock stock takes.
• Colour Matching
• Maintaining outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
• Health and Safety
• Receiving processing and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly.
• Stock deliveries to customers.

What you bring

• Minimum of Grade 12.
• Valid drivers license
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Minimum of 2-3 years retail experience.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Product knowledge and Computer Literacy Excel Word and Outlook.
