Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensure all operational procedures and quality standards are met.
• Address and resolve operational issues or customer complaints during the shift.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support as needed.
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment for all employees and visitors.
• Complete shift reports and communicate relevant information to management.
