A reputable food service company in the Eastern Cape is seeking a Benched Shift Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure adherence to company standards. The role includes directing team members to achieve customer satisfaction, managing shifts, and reporting employee and customer service issues to management. Strong leadership skills and experience in a supervisory capacity are essential for this position.
A vacancy exists in the Operations Department for Benched Shift Supervisor (SS). Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the successful incumbent/s will be responsible for supervising team members with respect to policies, procedures and standards on product, administration, hygiene, maintenance, customer service, labour utilization and employee relations and assist the Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) and the Restaurant Manager (RGM) as requested.
