Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an organized Shift Supervisor to oversee production operations on assigned shifts at our East London facility. You will lead a team of production staff, drive targets, and uphold quality and safety standards through effective communication and hands-on supervision.

The ideal candidate has proven supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a production team during assigned shifts to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Shift Supervisor or Team Leader in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of production processes and machinery.
