Job description

We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead and support our Event Review team in a high-pressure, fast-paced 24 / 7 operational environment.

This role involves supervising a team that reviews 12-second Risk clips to identify fatigue-related behaviours and ensure that drivers are contacted immediately.

The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day shift operations, maintaining discipline, ensuring service delivery standards are met, and driving continuous improvement across the team.

This includes monitoring performance, handling escalations, enforcing company policies, and communicating effectively with both customers and senior management.
