A leading logistics company in Gauteng is seeking a SHERQ & Sustainability BI and CI Manager to lead national efforts in safety and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in ISO management and ESG practices, alongside practical experience in operational SHERQ roles. This is a permanent position that requires collaboration across various teams to achieve strategic goals and ensure compliance. A valid driver's licence is also required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding in ESG and Sustainability.
• Working knowledge of ISO systems and legal compliance.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in SHERQ implementation and site-level support.
• Valid Code 8 drivers' licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage SHERQ operations for Inland North region and maintain ISO certifications.
• Lead the Centre of Excellence to standardise SHERQ and sustainability practices.
• Drive continuous improvement projects across SHERQ and ESG domains.
• Own ESG data accuracy and lead project tracking initiatives.
• Analyse SHERQ/ESG data and develop dashboards for compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for alignment.
