RPO Recruitment is seeking an experienced and motivated SHEQ Coordinator to join our client's team in Centurion.

This position is with a leading company in the plastics manufacturing industry, where you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with safety, health, environment, and quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of SHEQ management systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess compliance with SHEQ regulations.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure adherence to health and safety procedures.
  • Provide training and support on SHEQ policies and procedures to all employees.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing reports and recommending corrective actions.
  • Monitor and report on SHEQ key performance indicators.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
