Zenzero Solutions Ltd seeks an experienced Purview specialist to deliver and manage information protection controls across client environments, focusing on SharePoint Online and OneDrive. You will implement DLP, labeling, retention and governance, working from established designs to ensure successful outcomes and scalable security practices.

The role offers hands-on delivery, policy tuning and ongoing operational support, with opportunities to progress toward technical leadership or solution

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Microsoft Purview experience in production environments.
• Experience implementing DLP and sensitivity labelling solutions.
• Strong SharePoint Online and OneDrive administration capability, including migration and information architecture experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 compliance, tenant administration and Entra ID fundamentals.
• Ability to work from defined designs and deliver consistently across multiple client environments.
• Experience with policy simulation, tuning and operational support.
• Strong documentation and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement DLP policies across SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and Exchange environments.
• Configure and manage sensitivity labels, label policies, auto-labelling and encryption controls.
• Build and refine sensitive information types and custom classifiers, balancing protection with usability.
• Deliver retention, records management and audit configurations where required for data protection outcomes.
• Apply SharePoint governance controls including permissions, external sharing and provisioning standards.
• Troubleshoot policy issues, simulations, alerts and configuration conflicts across multiple client tenants.
• Own policy health, reporting and continuous improvement activities.
• Document configurations clearly to support operational handover and service consistency.

About the Role

Join our consultancy delivery team implementing Microsoft Purview information protection controls across multiple client environments. This role focuses on hands‑on delivery, configuration, optimisation and ongoing management of Purview capabilities, particularly across SharePoint Online and OneDrive. You will work from established designs created by technical leads and, where required, scope implementation details to ensure successful outcomes. This is an opportunity to build deep expertise in Microsoft Purview while developing towards a future technical lead or solution design path.

Requirements

Essential

• Strong hands‑on Microsoft Purview experience in production environments.
• Experience implementing DLP and sensitivity labelling solutions.
• Strong SharePoint Online and OneDrive administration capability, including migration and information architecture experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 compliance, tenant administration and Entra ID fundamentals.
• Ability to work from defined designs and deliver consistently across multiple client environments.
• Experience with policy simulation, tuning and operational support.
• Strong documentation and written communication skills.

Desirable

• PowerShell experience across Microsoft Graph or Security & Compliance tooling.
• Experience with Defender for Cloud Apps, endpoint DLP or Insider Risk Management.
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or Copilot data protection considerations.
• Certifications such as SC-400, SC-300, MS-102 or AZ-500.
• Interest in progressing into a technical leadership or solution design role.
