Job summary

Durpro Workforce Solutions is looking for a Sewing Line Supervisor based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. Your role will involve overseeing the sewing line operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and to quality standards.

You will manage the team, provide hourly production feedback, and ensure all materials are available to prevent downtime. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a sewing department and a strong grasp of production line management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sewing department.
• Confident leader with strong communication skills.
• Organised and proactive in handling production tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the full upholstery production line.
• Ensure materials needed for production are readily available.
• Monitor daily output against production plans.

Skills
