Key OutputsDevelop apprentices according to BWE and national requirementsDrive knowledge assessments (DPC / SGAs) and provide input into IDPs for artisansPerform training needs analyses and schedule employees in own region for development and gap closureCoordinate the development of artisans according to established training needsPrepare, communicate and manage annual training plans for Service in own regionManage Service DPC administration in own regionComply with BWE and OEM Audit requirementsDevelop artisan coaching capabilitiesConduct institutional training as prescribed by the Learning Academy and according to national qualification requirements.
