Your mission as a Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you will drive the success of the Epiroc Surface Drill Rigs product line by leveraging deep technical expertise and a commitment to excellence.

What you’ll do

• Provide specialised support for Epiroc machine systems, including automation technologies.
• Perform scheduled services and breakdown repairs on Epiroc RCS and equipment.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers.
• Coach Epiroc and mine site employees on operating, troubleshooting and repairing Epiroc autonomous and other equipment systems.
• Perform fault diagnosis, root‑cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
• Promote and market Field Service work, as well as other After‑market services and products, to customers to support the growth of the After‑market Department.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) initiatives to identify recurring failures and collaborate with the Product Company to develop sustainable solutions.
• Liaise with Epiroc Product Company Engineering representatives to enhance product development.
• Assist with spare parts inquiries and participate in on‑site stocking activities as needed.
• Report to management regarding any issues affecting Epiroc equipment performance.

What you’ll bring

• In‑depth technical knowledge of Epiroc Surface Rotary Blasthole Drills.

• Expertise in automation implementation is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in troubleshooting all drill systems.
