Relocation Program

We launch an International Relocation Program that gives skilled technicians the chance to move to Germany, work in the renewable energy sector, and build a long‑term future with us. After completing the program and onboarding phase, you will join one of our 16 service stations across Germany as a fully integrated Service Technician (m / f / d) — with a permanent contract and clear career pathways within ENERTRAG.

Job Description
  • Learn German as part of the relocation process – we support you with courses at the Goethe Institute in South Africa, with the goal of reaching level B1 by the end of the program.
  • Carry out maintenance and repair work on wind turbines, making sure faults are picked up and sorted out quickly.
  • Inspect and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components, including control and regulation systems.
  • Keep accurate records of your work and share information clearly.
  • Take initiative when it comes to technical improvements, working with attention to detail.
  • Put safety and quality first in everything you do.
Qualifications
  • Ready to learn German, take part in training, and make the move to Germany.
  • Completed training or qualification in electronics (or similar).
  • Hands‑on experience as a Service Technician (m / f / d) for wind turbines.
  • Open to travelling, adaptable, and comfortable working at heights.
