A leading service provider in rail maintenance is seeking a Service Technician to ensure customer satisfaction through effective service and maintenance. Responsibilities include managing customer relations, performing technical services, and adhering to railroad safety guidelines. The Service Technician is responsible for providing customer service and maintenance functions to Loram customers within a specific region. Maintaining unit uptime to customer expectations is critical to customer satisfaction, railroad fuel economy, and railroad's wheel / rail life.

Certain positions may be eligible for an annual bonus and paid time off in addition to base compensation.
