Service Foreman (Mechanic) job vacancy in Tzaneen.

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Service Manager to lead a busy UD & FAW workshop.

This role requires a strong technical background, proven leadership ability, and a solid track record within a franchised commercial dealership.

Salary: R30 000 – R40 000 + Commission + Demo vehicle + Fuel allowance + Cellphone allowance + Medical aid + Pension fund + 13th cheque.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily workshop operations and workflow
• Lead, mentor, and manage the team of technicians and support staff
• Ensure adherence to OEM standards for UD & FAW
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability of the service department
• Handle escalated customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Manage job cards, warranty processes, and quality control
• Conduct performance reviews and support staff development
• Oversee health, safety, and compliance requirements
• Prepare and present monthly service department performance reports
