Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a luxury automotive dealership in Stellenbosch.
The ideal candidate will serve as the key link between customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless and premium experience throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Communication
- Welcome customers professionally and identify their service requirements.
- Provide accurate cost and time estimates for repair and maintenance services.
- Explain technical details clearly to customers in easy-to-understand terms.
- Maintain ongoing communication on vehicle status, timing, and costs.
- Follow up after service completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
Service Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule and manage service appointments to optimize workshop capacity.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
- Confirm that all required parts and materials are available prior to appointments.
Documentation & Record-Keeping
- Create detailed service orders capturing customer concerns and vehicle information.
- Maintain accurate service histories and warranty records.
- Manage invoicing and payment processing efficiently and accurately.
Quality Control & Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure service work meets Jaguar Land Rover quality standards.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations through outstanding service delivery.
- Handle and resolve customer concerns professionally, escalating where necessary.
Product & Service Knowledge
- Stay updated on new models, features, services, and promotions.
- Promote dealership products and service offerings to customers where relevant.
Team Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate effectively with service, parts, and sales teams.
- Report regularly on service performance, customer satisfaction, and department efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a service or sales-oriented role (dealership experience advantageous)
- Computer literate (MS Office Suite)
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
- A technical qualification will be advantageous
