Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced candidate to manage service growth and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include contacting customers, following up on service uptake, processing invoices, and supporting workshop operations. The ideal applicant has a Matric certificate, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and at least 2 years of administrative experience. Fluent English and Afrikaans are required, with additional language skills seen as advantageous. This position offers competitive remuneration.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in administration preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans, an African language is advantageous.
  • Good numerical skills and accurate data handling.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Contact existing customers to manage service schedules and drive sales.
  • Follow up with after-sales clients to increase service uptake.
  • Process job cards and invoices within two weeks.
  • Handle breakdown calls and coordinate with the workshop.
  • Assist with preparation of presentations and reports.
  • General administrative support including stock take assistance.
  • Manage agent bookings and related admin.
  • Ensure timely processing of administrative tasks.
  • Support reception phone lines when required.
  • Daily follow-up on customer purchase orders.
  • Escalate job management queries when necessary.
  • Adhere to customer SOPs and internal procedures.
