Role Overview :

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth keyword research, implementing on-page SEO strategies, and creating detailed content briefs to guide content creators.

Working closely with the SEO Manager, you will help shape and refine SEO strategies that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for content and site optimisation.
  • Develop and optimise on-page SEO elements, including meta titles, descriptions, headers, and internal linking.
  • Create detailed content briefs to ensure high-quality, SEO-friendly content aligned with search intent.
  • Support in technical SEO audits and provide recommendations for improving site structure, performance, and crawlability.
  • Monitor and analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to integrate SEO best practices into campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques.
  • Provide regular performance reports, showcasing key insights and recommendations.
  • Use AI-powered SEO tools (e.g., SurferSEO, Clearscope, ChatGPT, Jasper, Frase, etc.) to accelerate research, optimise content, and generate data-backed insights.
Essential Skills
  • 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
  • Proven expertise in keyword research and on-page SEO optimisation.
  • Experience working with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Desired Skills
  • Experience with website Content Management Systems (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
