We’re now looking for an SEO & Content Marketing Specialist who can grow our organic visibility, attract high‑intent traffic, and produce compelling content that converts visitors into customers.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will own the SEO and content strategy for travSIM’s websites and key landing pages. Your work will cover keyword research, content planning, on‑page optimisation, and collaborating with writers and designers to create content that drives rankings, traffic, and sales across multiple markets.
Core Responsibilities
- Own and execute the SEO strategy for travSIM/SIM2Serve across key markets.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and topic research to build an SEO‑driven content plan.
- Create and/or brief high‑quality content: blog posts, guides, FAQs, landing pages, product pages, and help content.
- Optimise existing content (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal links, on‑page copy) for search and conversions.
- Work with designers to create supporting visual assets for content (banners, infographics, social snippets).
- Collaborate with developers on basic technical SEO improvements (site speed, indexing, structured data, redirects).
- Manage and maintain content calendars aligned with seasonal and promotional campaigns (e.g., summer travel, Black Friday).
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush) to track performance and identify opportunities.
- Support link‑building and digital PR activities (e.g., outreach to blogs, guest posts, resource listings).
- Report on organic traffic, keyword rankings, and content performance to the wider team.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience in SEO and content marketing.
- Proven track record of growing organic traffic and rankings for websites (ideally eCommerce, SaaS, or travel‑related).
- Strong understanding of on‑page SEO best practices (keyword research, intent, internal linking, schema basics).
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English, with the ability to create clear, concise, and persuasive content.
- Experience working with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).
- Comfortable managing content calendars and coordinating with writers, designers, and developers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes (briefs, checklists, QA).
Nice‑to‑Have (Bonus Skills)
- Experience in travel, telecoms, or a related industry.
- Knowledge of international SEO (multiple countries and currencies, hreflang basics, geo‑targeting).
- Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or similar).
- Basic understanding of CRO and A/B testing for landing pages.
- Experience creating content for email, social media, or paid campaigns as part of integrated funnels.
