We're seeking a creative, data-driven 'SEO and Social Content Marketing Manager' to lead WFI's content strategy across digital and offline channels.
You’ll craft engaging content that drives awareness, generates leads, supports product adoption, and fosters learner retention.
Ideal candidates have strong editorial skills, a track record in brand building, and experience scaling content in fast-growing or EdTech environments.
Develop and execute WFI's holistic content strategy across blogs, landing pages, website, email, social, and video.
Audit, optimize, and repurpose content for relevance, SEO, and engagement.
Collaborate with Marketing, WebTech, Product, Sales, and Admissions to deliver integrated campaigns.
Manage WFI's blog and YouTube channel: create, edit, and organize content; generate new video ideas; oversee production; respond to audience interactions.
Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns; grow engagement and track performance metrics.
Support email marketing initiatives, including multi-touch drip campaigns, analytics, and optimization.
Stay ahead of trends in content marketing, EdTech, and social media to ensure WFI remains innovative and competitive.
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in content marketing, digital marketing, or editorial roles.
Proven ability to create content that engages audiences and drives business results.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Experience with SEO, analytics (Google Analytics, SEMrush), social media, and email marketing.
Familiarity with sales funnels and content's role in lead generation.
Experience in start-ups, high-growth, or remote work environments.
Background in online education / EdTech.
Experience with AI tools for content creation and optimization.
International team collaboration experience.
