As the Senior Warehouse Manager, you will take full ownership of warehouse operations, leading a large team across multiple functions including fulfilment, dispatch, inventory, and logistics. Youll be responsible for ensuring service excellence across all channels Retail, Digital, and Wholesale while driving continuous improvement and maintaining world-class standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including fulfilment, dispatch, inventory control, and logistics.
• Lead, coach, and develop a large team to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on time and in full (OTIF).
• Optimize warehouse layout, pick routes, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Production, and Customer Service.
• Manage fleet operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel tracking.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior leadership.

Job Experience and Skills Required

• 5+ years experience in warehouse or distribution management.
• Proven leadership experience managing large teams in a high-volume environment.
• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ERP / WMS systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP).
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Valid RSA drivers license.
