Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in video broadcasting or playout transmission environment.
• Strong understanding of broadcast technologies and modern IP-based systems.
• Experience with SMPTE ST 2110 standards is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for playout systems and transmission chains.
• Assist customer engineers in resolving escalated playout issues.
• Monitor and maintain playout systems and underlying infrastructure.
• Act as a technical liaison between the customer and remote engineering teams.
• Ensure media integrity and consistency across workflow chains.
