Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements.


• Develop and articulate comprehensive UX / UI design strategies.


• Generate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and other design tools.


• Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover user needs and refine designs.


• Present and pitch design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders.


• Ensure design consistency and adherence to established design systems and brand guidelines.


• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX / UI Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.


• 6-10 years of experience in UX / UI design.


• Mastery of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, After Effects, AutoCAD, Axure RP, Sketch App, SketchUp, and SOLIDWORKS.


• Deep understanding of Design Thinking, Design Systems, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design.


• Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision and Rapid Prototyping techniques.


• Proficiency in usability testing methods and user research.


• Strong Critical Thinking, Creative Concept Design, and Strategic Thinking skills.
