Qualifications

• Five or more years of UX/UI design experience.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry is advantageous.
• One or more years of general supervision of junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Design and conceptualise products and services with cross-functional teams.
• Lead implementation of voice of the customer initiatives.
• Conduct customer needs/experience research and analyze data.
• Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs.
• Manage relationships with internal clients and provide professional services.
• Identify and suggest improvements to existing processes and systems.
• Support implementation of differentiating customer experience initiatives.
• Act as a subject-matter expert in an area of expertise.
