Qualifications

• 3-6+ years in UX or product design in an agency, consultancy, or digital product environment.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking, problem-solving, process, and craft.
• Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, journey mapping, and UX documentation.
• Experience conducting or supporting user research and turning insights into design decisions.
• A solid understanding of interaction design principles, behaviour models, and accessibility.
• Strong ability to articulate design rationale clearly and confidently to peers and clients.
• Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, FigJam, Miro, Axure, Adobe XD).
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and contributing to multi-discipline collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, meaningful, and inclusive digital experiences across websites, apps, products, and commerce ecosystems.
• Conduct user-centred research activities (e.g., interviews, usability testing, persona development).
• Translate research insights, data, and business requirements into user journeys, flows, sitemaps, and wireframes.
• Develop interactive prototypes for concept validation and iterative design.
• Collaborate with UI/Visual Designers to bring experiences to life with clarity and craft.
• Work with cross-capability teams to solve complex problems across projects.
• Present UX thinking and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Ensure UX work aligns with accessibility standards, brand guidelines, and experience principles.
• Support experience strategy and concepting in early project phases.
• Apply modern design thinking and innovation practices to shape new solutions.
• Participate in workshops to co-create with clients and multidisciplinary partners.
