Job summary

Red Badger is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to join a client-facing cross-functional team operating in Lean Agile ways. You will understand client needs and design value delivery, building rapport with clients and teams while simplifying complexity.

You’ll lead UX activities, collaborate with Product and Technology teams, and mentor junior designers, while championing user research and design thinking across engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in lean/agile environments.
• Deep knowledge of Human-Centred Design and Design Thinking.
• Experience presenting to clients and running workshops.
• Ability to lead UX activities as sole UX Designer.

Responsibilities

• Prototyping at various levels of fidelity from paper to hi-fi.
• Design the user experience from discovery through to delivery.
• Conduct user research and user testing early and throughout delivery.
• Designing and facilitating workshops and design sprints.
