The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 5 years of management experience in utilities, and knowledge of ammonia refrigeration. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in Utilities or Facilities, ideally in an FMCG manufacturing.
• 2-3 years of Ammonia Refrigeration Plant experience.
• Knowledge and experience in operation and maintenance of utilities equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% utility availability to support site OEE targets.
• Manage utilities operations and maintenance to prevent disruptions.
• Develop KPIs to link facilities effectiveness with production performance.
