As leaders in luxury safaris and tailor-made travel across Southern and Eastern Africa, we're expanding our team of African Travel Specialists. We're looking for experienced consultants who combine in-depth knowledge of Sub-Saharan Africa with a passion for delivering exceptional, personalised client experiences.

What you'll do
• Curate bespoke, luxury safari and travel itineraries across Africa
• Convert warm leads through engaging phone, email and video consultations
• Present polished, detail-driven proposals that inspire confidence
• Deliver outstanding service before, during, and after travel
• Stay ahead of product developments, ensuring in-depth destination expertise
• Collaborate with colleagues and trade partners to uphold our gold-standard reputation

What we're looking for
• 3+ years' experience as a Travel Consultant in tailor-made, luxury travel
• Proven ability to design and sell complex itineraries
• First-hand knowledge of Sub-Saharan Africa
• Strong sales track record and ability to hit targets
• Excellent communication skills (written, spoken, and video)
• Organised, tech-savvy, and confident managing multiple clients

Desired
• Experience with GDS / flight systems
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent
