Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a Transfer Pricing professional to lead engagements from start to finish, advising on structures, methodologies and compliance. You will perform analyses, prepare documentation, and benchmark related-party transactions while engaging confidently with senior stakeholders.

The role requires a solid TP background, strong numeracy, and an ability to manage multiple engagements with high quality.

Qualifications

• A B.Com or relevant tertiary qualification.
• Solid Transfer Pricing experience and technical knowledge.
• Understanding of the Arm's Length Principle.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent report-writing and communication abilities.
• Client-facing experience with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• The ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• A proactive, solutions-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Managing and delivering Transfer Pricing engagements from inception through to completion
• Advising clients on Transfer Pricing structures, policies and methodologies
• Performing Transfer Pricing analyses and preparing supporting documentation
• Assessing related-party transactions and determining appropriate pricing methodologies
• Applying the Arm's Length Principle to intercompany transactions
• Conducting benchmarking and comparable company/transaction analyses
• Preparing and reviewing Transfer Pricing documentation and reports
• Assisting clients with Transfer Pricing compliance requirements
• Supporting clients during SARS audits, queries and investigations where required
• Identifying Transfer Pricing risks and recommending practical solutions
• Researching and interpreting relevant South African and international Transfer Pricing legislation and guidelines
• Engaging directly with clients and building strong, trusted relationships
• Working closely with internal tax, audit and advisory teams
• Reviewing work and providing guidance to junior team members
• Managing multiple client engagements and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
