Responsibilities

• Create and facilitate Huddle Sessions for staff training.
• Conduct BQ / Remedial training for new hires.
• Establish communication with clients and team members.
• Deliver new hire training ensuring a good learning experience.
• Partner with training manager to identify skill gaps.
