Role Overview

The Senior Trainer will play a critical role in driving learning and development across the business. This role combines advanced facilitation, instructional design, and AI-driven digital learning to deliver impactful, scalable training solutions. The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging learning journeys, leverage technology for innovation, and measure training effectiveness to support business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership, team leads, and QA to identify learning needs aligned with client and business objectives.
  • Design and deliver structured learning journeys (onboarding, upskilling, cross‑training) blending ILT, VILT, and digital learning.
  • Facilitate engaging sessions using interactive methodologies, managing group dynamics to maximize learner participation.
  • Deliver both micro‑sessions and extended programs, ensuring consistent learner engagement.
  • Coach and mentor learners beyond formal training sessions to reinforce capability growth.
  • Develop and update training content, transforming technical/complex information into clear, learner‑friendly materials.
  • Use rapid authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise, Captivate) for content development.
  • Leverage AI tools to create adaptive learning pathways, simulations, and micro‑learning modules.
  • Apply AI in content generation, role‑play bots, and interactive scenarios while maintaining ethical standards.
  • Track, analyze, and report on training impact through dashboards and ROI‑focused insights.
  • Continuously research, recommend, and implement modern learning practices and technologies.
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in training, learning & development, or instructional design.
  • Certified Outcomes-based Assessor and Moderator preferred.
  • Proven expertise in adult learning facilitation and group dynamics management.
  • Strong instructional design skills, with experience in storyboarding and content creation.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered LMS platforms and adaptive learning technologies.
  • Skilled in data-driven training evaluation and presenting insights to leadership.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and report writing skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
  • Previous BPO / call center experience advantageous.
