A leading truck organization in Roodepoort is seeking a Workshop Manager to oversee maintenance and repair operations for trailers. This role involves leading a team of technicians, ensuring safety and quality standards, and managing the day-to-day workshop operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in trailer maintenance, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to quality. A salary of R40 000 gross monthly is offered for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (5 years) in trailer maintenance and repair with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of trailer systems.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse team and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Proficiency in computer applications and maintenance software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license.
