Job Description

The Senior Traffic and Transport Engineer will be responsible for leading and managing transportation projects, transport planning, and infrastructure design. This role will involve overseeing the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization to completion, ensuring that all transportation systems are safe, efficient, and sustainable. The perfect candidate should possess a robust expertise in traffic analysis, modeling, and simulation, coupled with a demonstrated history of executing projects effectively, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee transportation projects from inception to fruition, encompassing tasks such as traffic impact evaluations, optimization of traffic signals, and conducting audits for road safety.
• Perform comprehensive traffic engineering studies and analyses, including assessments of traffic volume, capacity, and the modeling of traffic flow.
• Innovate and execute strategies to ameliorate traffic flow, diminish congestion, and bolster safety for pedestrians and cyclists.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with cross‑disciplinary teams, including urban planners, architects, and environmental engineers, to seamlessly integrate transportation solutions within broader development initiatives.
• Generate technical reports, presentations, and proposals tailored for clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating intricate technical concepts in a lucid and succinct manner.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues, nurturing their professional advancement and skill development.
