Job summary

Dante Personnel is seeking an experienced Senior Tracing Agent for our client in Sandton. This role focuses on locating and verifying debtors using credit bureau information, tracing platforms, investigative tools and other data sources.

It is not a general Call Centre or Collections position. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of dedicated tracing experience, strong debtor tracing skills, and proven ability to analyse complex credit bureau data.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' dedicated tracing experience.
• Strong proven experience in debtor tracing / skip tracing.
• Experience tracing individuals and businesses.
• Strong hands-on experience with credit bureau information and tracing databases.
• Experience using CPB, XDS and other credit bureau / tracing platforms.
• Strong experience conducting ITC / credit bureau searches.
• Ability to analyse and interpret complex credit bureau information.
• Experience tracing addresses, contact details, employment, businesses and other relevant information.
• Strong investigative, analytical and research skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently deliver accurate tracing results.
