Design and development of high-precision injection moulds and metal press tools Creation of full 3D models and detailed manufacturing drawings Development of progression die layouts and tooling strategies DFM reviews, Moldflow analysis, and formability simulations Technical collaboration with toolmakers and engineering teams during build phases Support of tool trials, optimisation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects Maintenance of design standards, version control, and technical documentation
