This role is central to designing, analyzing, and optimizing thermal systems for a range of high-performance applications. You will be responsible for ensuring effective heat transfer and temperature control in critical components and equipment, playing a vital role in the reliability and efficiency of our client's innovative products. This position requires a deep understanding of heat transfer principles, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics, coupled with extensive experience in thermal modeling and simulation. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced thermal management systems, including heat sinks, heat pipes, fans, and liquid cooling solutions.
• Perform detailed thermal analysis using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software.
• Conduct experimental testing and validation of thermal designs, analyzing results to ensure performance targets are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and product engineers, to integrate thermal solutions into product designs.
• Select appropriate materials and components for thermal applications, considering performance, cost, and manufacturability.
• Troubleshoot thermal-related issues in prototypes and production units.
• Prepare technical documentation, including design reports, test procedures, and simulation results.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in thermal engineering technologies and methodologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on thermal design aspects.

Requirements
