About the Role

Lead the day‑to‑day running of an Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) home in Newcastle. Provide direct support to young people, guide staff and ensure therapeutic care safety and compliance. This role includes 36 hours face‑to‑face support plus 2 hours administration weekly.
