• Experience working with young people in OOFC or residential care for at least 2 years.
• Knowledge of PSP 10 Essential Elements and child protection law.
• Current unrestricted driver’s licence and probity clearances.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of an Intensive Therapeutic Care home.
• Deliver trauma-informed care aligned to case and behaviour plans.
• Oversee household operations including budgets and audits.
• Lead and coach Therapeutic Youth Workers.
• Ensure compliance with PSP OCG standards.
