Qualifications

• 7-9 years' working experience in civil engineering or as a Quantity Surveyor.
• At least 3 years middle management experience.
• Experience in SCM/procurement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the acquisition process for the Request for Proposals (RFPs).
• Conduct regular interaction with user departments to ensure professional service.
• Prepare and present preparedness reports to stakeholders.
